Dick McEvoy comes from a strategy development background with 17 years in Profitable Growth Strategy Development Consulting. He was a Partner and EVP at The Michael Allen Company in Westport for 11 years. His strategy consulting practice included working with leaders in the Insurance, Banking and Financial Services industries such as AIG International, Citigroup, Cigna Financial Services, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Conseco, and Bankers Life & Casualty.

As an Executive Recruiter, Dick specializes in the Insurance, Banking and Financial Services Industries and a partial client list includes AIG, AFLAC, Bank of America, Lincoln Financial, Allstate and MetLife.

Dick received an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School/University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Brown University with a BA in Psychology. Previous to consulting, Dick spent 11 years in product management/marketing and also ran an intrapreneurial business venture for a Fortune 200 company.
