Paul Sideleau comes from a strong Plant Operations background. He has over 30 years of Wholesale Bakery/Food experience holding various key executive positions. He has held the positions of Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, General Manager and Plant Manager for small to medium-sized multi plant wholesale bakery operations. He was instrumental in the business development and strategic growth of the various businesses.

Paul holds an MBA from Sacred Heart University in Strategic Management and a BA from Fairfield University. He is a graduate of the American Institute of Baking, obtaining a diploma in Baking Science and Technology. He is also designated a Certified Manager from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers.

Based on his experience in Plant Operations, Paul has a thorough understanding of the job requirements at the various key positions within Plant Operations and the key personal attributes that will assist in a successful transition. He works closely with client companies as a business consultant in listening to their needs and recruiting the best possible candidates. With his extensive business experience in Wholesale Bakery operations and education, he knows how to recruit candidates who have the right qualifications, work ethic, management ability and experience.
