Our flexible options include:

Retained Search. We recommend this option when seeking to fill your most crucial executive and management positions as well as for all staffing levels where time is a critical factor. As part of our retained search services, we create and execute a search strategy tailored to your specific requirements.

Priority Search. Our Priority Search calls for an exclusive search agreement, with a third of the projected fee due at the start of the search. The other 2/3 is not due until the placement is secured and the candidate starts work. This 1/3 fee "upfront" allows us to give our client's search the high priority that enables us to give retainer search results with reduced financial risk.

Contingency Search. Our contingency search service is a cost-effective method of utilizing our effort to fill multiple openings or hard-to-fill positions. It is designed for companies that do not necessarily need a devoted effort but want to see qualified candidates with whom we are currently working. We can still give a higher priority to our efforts when it is an exclusive contingent search, and it is ideal for a fast-growing company that has aggressive hiring plans.
